Working as part of a large and established kitchen team, your role as Pastry Chef Gloucestershire will be to freshly make to spec all patisserie products that are on sale in their retail outlets, as well as some retail and wholesale customers. Working with the very best of ingredients, you must have an excellent eye for detail and will be used to making different mixes, following recipes and various methods. Other products sold on site include tarts, biscuits, breads, and individual cakes. Working 45 hours per week from 5am until 2.30pm, this Pastry Chef role in Gloucestershire’s hours is mainly Monday to Friday, though some weekends are required with paid overtime being offered.
