Goldstar is an independent, specialist Catering & Hospitality recruitment Consultancy with offices in Oxford and London. We are a business made up of former hospitality managers, coupled with experienced recruitment & HR professionals, all sharing the same love for the UK Hospitality, Travel & Tourism scene. Set up in 2009 by Lee Morris, Goldstar works in partnership with hotels, restaurants, gastro pubs, branded restaurant groups, event caterers, colleges & schools.

We offer both permanent and temporary recruitment solutions in this sector and we have built our business around an offering that is straight to the point and personalised, minus the sales pitch.

The Directors

Lee Morris - Director

Lee set Goldstar up in 2009 and hasn’t looked back since. Prior to then, Lee spent several years working for industry leading hospitality recruitment agencies and also had a spell as a National Resourcing Manager for one of the UK’s largest pub companies, looking after their portfolio of managed gastro pubs & hotels. Having seen things from the client and agency side, Lee has developed Goldstar’s offering based on all the good aspects of both sides.

Selin Malta - Branch Manager

Selin is the daughter of a successful restauranteur and entered the recruitment industry in 2006. Selin and Lee worked together previously for four years joining Goldstar in 2013, initially to oversee the temps division supplying relief chefs, waiting & bar and kitchen porters. After a successful couple of years, Selin was made a Director and is now the Branch Manager looking after all our recruitment team and customer operations.
