What you need to do
Once you have downloaded your timesheet, you need to print it, fill in your information stating the workplace, week, start and finish times and breaks for each day you worked, get it authorised and scan the document. Please email your completed and authorised timesheet to firstname.lastname@example.org each week.
Timesheets must reach our payroll team by no later than midday on Monday following the week worked to be paid that Friday.
You will be paid directly into your bank account on the Friday following the week you worked.
A payslip will be sent to your email address on the Thursday before payday.
To meet payroll deadline during Bank Holidays, we must make our timesheet deadline earlier.
A notification will be sent to your email address about these early deadlines so please ensure that we have your up-to-date email address.
