We’re looking for a positive and engaging Senior Sous Chef to join the Event side of the business in West Oxfordshire. The right Senior Sous Chef candidate will have experience working high-volume fresh food kitchen with an event background whilst maintaining the highest standards.
As Senior Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to innovate, develop menus, and have daily conversations with the event team to find the best way to work each event while having flexible working arrangements. oversee the smooth running of all on site events and delivering delicious, market leading, on brand food. To continually showcase the farm and market garden produce. Whilst maintaining highest food safety standards and delivering the agreed budget.
