We are searching for an experienced Pastry Chef to join the team at this established venue, where you’ll be catering for anything from small lunches for 5 to functions for over 1,000 with no two days being the same.
The ideal Pastry Chef will be flexible, have a meticulous eye for detail and have experience managing various styles of operation from high volume hospitality to smaller private dining restaurants.
The company values sustainability in their approach to work and is committed to a zero-carbon goal, they source local ingredients and use seasonal produce wherever possible so previous experience with fresh food is advantageous.
