Head Chef Oxford
We are currently looking for an experienced Head Chef to join this privately owned, 49-bedroom hotel in the centre of Oxford. This Hotel is passionate about using local ingredients, serving good food and offering their guests the best possible experience boasting a 1AA Rosette restaurant within.
This Oxford Hotel is the ideal venue for visitors and corporate guests. Their Restaurant is open seven days a week, their bar offers first class food all day, and they have a function room that can cater for up to 100 people.
The right Head Chef will be expected to;
- Have a positive working attitude,
- Have a proven track record of working with fresh ingredients and a
- Minimum of 2 year’s Head Chef experience within a hotel catering environment.
- Experience in generating food revenue across all departments including private dining, room service and afternoon teas.
