We’re looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join this incredible restaurant in the heart of Shoreditch. Using traditional flavours from its heritage, this small plate restaurant serves only the best quality produce. Think wood oven roasted joints, sharing steaks and smoked meats all cooked over open charcoal or using their wood fired oven.
The right Chef de Partie will have experience running and maintaining a section, working with fresh food, and be a good team player.
