We act as an extension of your HR or recruitment team. Your dedicated recruiter manages the full process from advertising and CV screening to first-stage interviews and second-stage scheduling. You receive pre-qualified, fully briefed candidates ready for progression, not piles of CVs or no-show interviewees.

Agency Fees
Traditional recruitment agencies charge on average 15% of salary + VAT per hire. While Alliance is not designed to fully replace all agency use, it can significantly reduce your dependency on the traditional per-hire fee model lowering your overall agency spend and delivering much better value.
Advertising Spend
Most businesses spend £1,200–£2,500 per month on job board and social media ads when managing around 10 live vacancies. With Alliance, this is included. We actively encourage all clients to stop marketing those roles independently the moment we go live we have it fully covered, so they don’t have to. This not only simplifies your process, but it also directly reduces your advertising spend.

Goldstar is a niche, specialist Catering & Hospitality Recruitment Agency based in the heart of Oxfordshire. Set up in 2009, we work in partnership with leading hotel operators, universities, schools, restaurants, gastro pubs and event companies.

We’re an independent business made up of former hospitality professionals and lovers of the UK food and travel scene.
