We are looking for a talented Senior Sous Chef to join this reputable 2AA Rosette restaurant in South Oxfordshire. They have gained and held 2AA Rosettes for the past 15 years, specializing in modern British cuisine using local produce and produce grown in their own gardens.
This restaurant has a real love for provenance and traceability of the ingredients they use, making everything from Pasta, Breads to ice creams. The right Senior Sous Chef candidate will have a keen eye for detail. an evident passion for fresh food and be comfortable working at volume. You will also have previous experience working within an AA Rosette environment.
