We’re looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join this fine dining, farm to fork restaurant just outside Wincanton. Using produce fresh from their own gardens or locally sourced, this restaurant prides themselves on elevating all ingredients to their highest potential, making it an unforgettable experience for the guests.
As Sous Chef, you will be expected to work closely with the Head Chef to ensure the food is consistently executed to an exceptional standard. The right Sous Chef will have experience in a high-end hotel or restaurant and have a strong knowledge of seasonal produce. You will also be a natural leader that has a creative approach to developing and innovating new dishes using foraged ingredients and estate-grown produce.
