We’re looking for a passionate Sous Chef to join the team at this award-winning member leisure facility. Your role would be to support the Head and run the kitchen in their absence to ensure the team are delivering the best possible dining experience for the club members and guests.
The right candidate will have excellent communication, time management and leadership skills as well as have experience working in a fresh food kitchen. As well as the bar menu, the members club provides a Sunday carvery, summer BBQ’s as well as the occasional private members’ event.
